the stay was not very pleasant.
actually their geyser wasn't working. since during the day it was too warm outside we were okay taking a bath with cold water. but next early morning again we had to manage with cold water. since we were already in a rush we didn't have time to complain.
their ac's swing plate was broken. so at night the ac's cooling was happening only in one direction towards our head.
also there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom and a dustbin wasn't kept inside either.

Most of the amenities were missing like setup box for tv, phone to call reception, toothpaste, handwash. Also geyser was not working properly.

Not up to the mark. Broken sofas on reception, no power backup for approx 6 hours on saturday. Not a single water bottle has been provided complimentary with the stay.
