AC was not working whole night and staff was not listening as they were drinking whole night ...that too in a room which are often alloted to guest ..they live in a same room where guest also stays.they do not have seperate staff room

Hotel staff was intoxicated in working hours and were very rude and fighting with us when we complained about non-working of AC in our room ocean heaven..their AC is not at all working please chose this room at your own risk

It was horrible… multiple issues…first of all hotel is almost 1.5 to 2 km away from main road and no cab taxi scooty service is available from there so one has tondrag there luggae and nonwhere this information was available in case if you want someone to pick your luggae tou have to pay 200 per luggae which is too costly and not included in the stay …next for your parking also you have to pay 500 on your own… room was below average no electric kettle or basic amenities were available… not maint ...more

We booked the Ocean Breeze room. While the view from the balcony was pretty good, the quality of the room/bathroom etc was appalling. Arambol in its core is a place for people who want to smoke/drink/party etc. For people who are only in Goa for relaxing, swimming and sight-seeing, better stay away from Arambol.

The property is build on the beach front and the view is just awesome. It’s a cozy place to stay and the overall vibes of this place is very soothing. If you’re planning for a solo trip for rejuvenating, this place is best for you.

It was beautiful stay at this beautiful property. Very clean and great spacious room, food was great and service was very fast. They provide us porter number so that whenever we reach we call them and its free of cost. I like the services very much. Will visit again.

Our honeymoon at ATS was really cool. The Ocean Bliss room was perfect for us and looked awesome in our Instagram photos. It was so nice to wake up and see the ocean right there.
Big thanks to Shubham for making us feel welcome. He made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay special.
Chef Shiva cooked some amazing meals for us. We've never tasted anything like it. And Akash was always there to help us with a big smile on his face.

We had a great time at ATS. It reminded us of the romantic times we used to have. They made a special beach setup just for me and my husband, and it was wonderful.
Big thanks to Akhand – if you're reading this, you did a great job. We stayed for 3 nights and Akhand made us feel right at home. He's full of energy and made our stay very special.
The food made by Chef Vishal was delicious, and Karan took great care of us. Everyone here smiles and makes you feel welcome.
