Very bad experience from the front office staff. Denied GST bill for the total amount that we paid, He argued that , he will issue final GST bill for the amount only after deducting the commission amount, he also demanded payment for the complimentary brake fast . Finally we requested support from the goibibo customer care, and settled the issue. 👎

We didn't get neighbouring even we booked three rooms.Two rooms were excellent but bathroom condition of one room was below avg. Hot water isn't available in one bath room.Nice and delicious food available in restaurant. Pleasing personalities in reception and others.Over all good experience. More than expected.❤️

The property is situated near the KSRTC Bus stand in palakkad town. The hotel is also BAR attached. Old building but maintained well.

I enjoyed my solo stay at ATS Residency. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and tidy. It's very close to KSRTC main bus stand at Palakkad. Hotel is very close to Nurani and Kalpathy. You also can get direct buses if you are looking to visit Pallasana. You can also make a half day trip to Dhoni falls from here..
