it was horrible. they have kept their hotel as an option in booking. but once u reach the hotel,they tell u to cancel the reservation and pay money to them directly. if not,then pay extra. if u don't pay extra, they deny checking in. and room they provide are worst. Their behaviour is rude. moreover the place is not safe and vibe u get there is worst.DONT CHOOSE IT.

average staying , Hotel authorities first asked how booking fees, why? then they provide me that quality room why asked how much booking ,I think they know the booking value then provide me that room this not right.

Initially I want to give 3 star but, I gave them 4 only to give chance for improvement to someone .
1.There are no drinking water in room
2.No toilet / bath soap and towel in bathroom
3.Blanket is not of good quality and not warm enough for comfortable sleep in such a chill of january
4. Hotel is on busiest road of the city, so Hotel management have to make some arrangement to prevent noises to come in rooms, e. g. Fresh glass work.

1.Top floor rooms are very small . n2. No keys were provided for Room no.23 when we asked they said Keys are lost . n3.Some rooms doest have Tv. And some dishtv not recharged channels werent available.n4.Back of the bed(with walls) were not cleaned .
