very clean, spacious room and bathroom. the balcony was perfect! the location is easy to access with shops nearby. great value for money. one suggestion, please start breakfast service around 7 am since 8 am is too late for travellers. thanks!

Good and clean rooms. Staff very well behaved and prompt. Does not have in house restaurant as claimed. need to order online for food. Walking distance from Vijayanagar cross. Nearest decent restaurant is Itihaas. Has Grocery, medical, fruit shop walking distance and some local eatery serving local food like mess.

very cozy stay ππ» and reception staff was responsive only drawback was during my stay the chef was not present so they were ordering food from nearby restaurants who were charging way more than written on the pamphlet of hotel.
