the place is great for people working in Manyata Embassy business park. The staff is very helpful and friendly. the complimentary breakfast is also very good.
just one issue I have faced both the times I stayed here is the ACs didn't work properly.
The staff immediately gave me another room. But this is one area where I feel they can improve and do regular servicing.

The walls were very dirty. The bed blanket had stains. The AC came on and off at random when the power was still on. The AC remote didn't work.
The hotel displayed pictures of a continental buffet breakfast yet when we got there it was not. You had to pick an option to be brought from 'omelette' , bread toast, or chapati. We ordered coffee and were brought milk tea that was way too sweet.
