Disappointed
Booked three rooms for 13 people, 9 adults and 4 children specifying the age of all children. But the hotel asked additional payment of Rs.4000 to check in. . Atlast, amount adjusted and paid Rs.2000 before check in. Hotel is old but maintaining well. Complementary breakfast was good. Demanded Rs.1000 to extend the check out time of one room for 4 hours.

Every thing was good here. I booked a premium one so no complaints. But there's a issue with hot water. U have to ask them by calling to on the hot water supply. The cost is a bit higher than a normal hotel.
The room was good for solo travellers as well as couple.

Amenities only for names. Kettle in the room is not working. The kettle has 15 amp wire, while the socket near the table is 5 amp. I asked the staff and he said push the table near the fridge and you find the 15 amp socket. So first I have to push the table, and then carry the Kettle and other stuff to make coffee at a 15 amp socket.
