it’s full of cokroch, very small space area , rooms are not clean properly
food was good , staff was supportive , madam at reception is very good

the hotel room condition was very bad. there were so many cockroaches everywhere in the room and washroom as well. the tv was not working, there was stained on the blanket as well as in the bedsheet.

first of all staff at reception said that they have cancelled my booking. after argument they allotted a dirty room. there was big piller inside the room. bathroom was dirty. no towel in bathroom. no room service. horrible and pathetic experience. i left hotel after 3 hours and moved to other hotel

Too much costly and very dirty room environment
The hotel does not have a dental kit
many times I have not received the dental kit from the hotel side.

This was my 4th visit and the worst one among it. As the rooms were not fully satisfied. If in one room the sound of fan is coming then in the other water is leaking in the bathroom and the other don't has the mattress which was allotted to me. Even after repeated complain nobody came for tv repair. Food quality and taste should be little better.
With due respect please look into the above things and rectify so that such complaints shouldn't arise again with any other
