Had a great relaxing stay at the hotel for 2 days. The rooms are spacious, cozy and got great ambiance. The room service staff are helpful. The overall aesthetics, food & vibes are good

our stay was really good the hotel serves good breakfast and the amenities all over are nice .
as the location of the hotel is at center of city its much easier for shopping around.

nice service.location is good. rooms are spacious but no ventilation. passages are bit smelly due to carpets. breakfast is ok. reception staff very polite. thanks

property location is very good, but the management and the cleanliness right from bedsheets to quilt cover to pillow cover to washroom is so untidy and always not clean. the property is getting worse day by day

rooms are spacious. staff are courteous and helpful. however, bathrooms need to be cleaner and room furniture needs dusting. also, bathrooms don’t have hand towels - i asked for some. and the next day, they were taken by housekeeping but not replaced. last, wifi is absolutely horrible. i’m surprised the hotel markets itself for business travelers but has abysmal wifi.

our room was big but not user friendly! the lighting console for the entire room including the toilet/bath was on a single bedside table. extremely inconvenient, modernisation with out giving it a proper thought! the ac switch was also in an inconvenient spot!
most importantly to go to the coffee shop you had to either climb a floor or come down a floor as the lift did not stop there!!! very difficult for the elderly.
plus points are :
the food was fine & the staff are polite, location is very central.
