the ambiance of the room was okay but there were some problems here like the lamps were broken and not working and the bathroom towels smelled very bad and the bed was not comfortable, i would give it a total rating of 5 out of 10 according to this price

pathetic service,spent whole night without ac in their best room(suite)..!! neither they offered any other room nor repaired a.c...!! atleast they had to refund but they don't have any common sense..!! totally unprofessional behaviour..!! waiter stares whole room and ur partner while delivering food to your room..!!

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel was near railway station. And was on a connecting road. So no issues in transportation and the food and service was good too.

worst experince ever...had to degrade from executive to deluxe for 5 days beacuse i didnt liked the executive room,nd they didnt had any option...!!M reviewing it in my next booking while m staying in a suite room and the A.C is not working properly...its been 11pm I have to rest but 3rd and 4th time staff is coming and going just changing the ac settings...I have to go to an important meeting early morning and right now at 11 pm m fighting with a.c. to start..!!if there will be a zero star rati ...more

Manager has bad behaviour, no etiquette toward customers especially Hindus.😡 Toilet door is broken from below, Manager is not has good attitude towards customers, once ypu call for a any service them have to wait for a whole day untill you itself go downside to the reception everytime. Their intracom is faulty they don't hear. Bedsheet is already filthy but they charged . Please have a look dear owners

Food taste was honestly good But old furnitures were in poor conditions which makes us feel scary Toilets are also not up to mark It means overall better to stay in a new lodge near by station (offline checkin) than this old ruins ..Simply not worth at its price for family..

it was a great stay in avalon. room is very nice, such a big room equipped with all necessity items. room service is very prompt. restaurant is also very good. over all stay was very good.
