I did not go there because the person was being incredulously rude to me over the phone. I just didn't turn up at the time I had said I would and wanted to come the next day because a close friend in the city was going through an emergency but this operator on the phone very rudely said ham aapko Nahi le sakte because this is our policy. this is no way to treat a paying customer.

wish I could rate it lower than that. it's somewhere in a corner of the city.. very very unclean.it's not a hotel it is a flat converted in hotel. no one lives there I checked out in 4 hours of staying there...I didnt feel safe there cause there were no other guests and nothing near the building.. Definitely a big NO for women/girls traveling alone. don't book this place it's not worth it.
