we had booked super deluxe room for 2days, they had given us delux room only, when i cross check with front desk they simply refuse to show other category room to cross check .

Too costly according to ambience and aminities provided
Rooms are very small with no decor as compare to prize they charge although staff is very friendly and cooperative n room service is good.

the photos shown and the room do not match. when asked to upgrade the room charged more than the actual price.

Washroom were clean buy hot water is limited. And shower pressure is too less to use.
No view at all. Curtains outside widow which were blocking the view.
Have paid more than 7000 but the breakfast spread is with only 3 -4 items . Can improve

hotel are very good service good food and each very good but if washroom are very small and dirty washroom drainage system failed
washroom very small please washroom clearness washroom tiles very dirty
