It's a beautiful hotel with very comfortable spacious room . Outstanding staff , very cordial and highly efficient. There is a top level ( like roof top ) restaurant serving delicious food with wide variety of Indian and Chinese vegetarian delicacies at affordable rates . Bathroom very good with hot water plenty. We love this hotel stay so near to Shree Neem Karauli Baba mandir in Kainchi Dham .
Very near temple , great view , excellent room and best staff made our stay enjoyable. You can hire taxi from hotel for going to other places

poor management ... the owner not at all available, whole premises is looking after by few young males ... room charges were claimed higher despite no facility of tv and ac in the room, no complimentary tea/coffee maker facility inside the room .. poorly positioned toilet-seat .. overall a bad experience in terms of name of the hotel, which doesn't represent facilities like a resort ... i will never recommend it to other to stay here ... moreover, your driver's stay is separately chargeable in a dormitory ..

Great location, very near to kainchi dham main temple, clean and well managed rooms with geyser, intercom facility. Highly recommended. Food also available. Very nice and polite staff.

No towels, no soap, there was smell of paint in room burning our eyes, breakfast was not upto the markI checked in late night the alloted a room when I reached to the room the curtain rod was broken and curtain was on the floor..when I said alot another room they give me a room where were no towel no handwash nothing and the room was full of paint smell..worst experience.In the evening I called the resort person and informed him that I will reach late night so please ready my room ..That person told me your room is already alloted sir ..How irresponsible person...He checked nothing..
