That in the evening bunch of insects as well as cockroaches were roaming around in the room and they were going inside the bags although when I complained about it to Room Service they were very late to shift me to another room then after the service in new room was pathetic after several reminder calls anyone from house keeping use to come

Pathetic service
1.After asking many time then hotel provides the basic items like dental kit and shaving kit .
2. Menu available in hotel room was old and demand new menu provide the same menu.
3. Behaviour of the staff who picked phone for dining is very rude.
3.He told me that do what ever you want to do .
4. I have lodge complaint that water from tap is continuously flowing due to which washroom is wet,but no body listioning.
5. Rooms are smelly

Smelly rooms & washroom. Dirty bathtub had to change room twice but each room has some issues.
Front desk staff are sounding confused and incompetent.

very nice place to stay in Raipur City Centre, well groomed staff, very best service, nice restaurant and food, all amenities are very good. response is also very good from all kind of staff, clean room and washroom. i recommend once to stay in Raipur City
