behaviour very much bad. when I ask what is the property Check out time told that 11am But I have no issue if you can use more 1 hour because you check in very late. But when I check out 12pm as per talk. told that please give me a late fine. I told that just 2 hours ago you told that no issue if I have check out after 11am why are you charged. ultimate my lunch are not complete 💯. very bad situation are created

Stay in AC tent was comfortable with efficient service from Mr Kushol and his team always ready to help with smiling face. I wish to go again. PS: It's not an upmarket place, but a cozy property with kid friendly park area, outdoor dining, place to stroll and ample parking space.

worst experience,uneducated , unskilled workers,for basic needs also you have struggled and run after them ,Geyser was not working ,leakage in washroom,tent and bedroll was untidy,what more require to make your life hell

The property can be reached by Autorickshaw, Toto or bus from Namkhana Railway Station in about 45 minutes (both share & reserve options available). Location is good and adjacent to the sea beach. There is a park for children and jhaubon within the property.There are two types of tents - Jungle Camp & Luxury without fooding. There are also packages including fooding. The best property around bakkhali. A private beach is there. The food price is very reasonable and tasty as well. The staff are very cooperative. A must try place if you visit in bakkhali. Perfect for family and kids.

There are better resorts at bakkhaliThis resort is okay types but not worth the price they charge for it.it's just the tent experience that makes people attracted to this but their service is not upto the mark and the resort is not well developed yet. Few problems you'll face here is lack of space and there's no place to keep your clothes and baggages, only a small tea table is provided. staffs are although well behaved but not very professional. and one thing is not good at all is that the tent ...more

The best thing about the place is its location. The tents are nice, and a walk of roughly 100 meters through a park inside the property will take you to the beach. Offbeat experience for us.
