the rooms were decent,
window ac was a bit noisy,
room service was nice but there was no inhouse kitchen facility,
room service was nice.

I have not completed any trip This is the worst experience I had ever faced. I had booked one executive room costs 2468 rs in this hotel for one night and when we are about to check in they denied our checkin and informed us all rooms are occupied. They informed another room is allocated in a far by hotel named Nirvana residence at Shant Nagar,Delhi. Although overall experience was fine, there was lack of basic amenities like free water, bath accessories ( shampoo etc.). Overall cleanliness was good.

Decent and hygienic. Very convenient for commuting to different locations especially for US visa application centre and US Embassy office. No complementary breakfast, that is the only disadvantage.

it's my 3rd time staying in these hotel. Trust me when i say it's sooo good and the services are excellent(100%) though it's pricey but it's worth it:). All are staffs are well behaved and mannered. As of my experienced i would visit again and would like to thank you all of the staff members for their service :)
