great hotel, awesome place to stay. the landscape was simply amazing. the old style arrangements was simply wow. the staff was really friendly polite and helpful. Mall road was also not far away and hotel provide free pick and drop service to the mall road as well. Had a lovely stay.

The best place to stay here in nainital. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Also, the rooms were fantastic. One would also enjoy the garden area in front. It is around couple of kilometres away from mall road, but they provide free drop and pick up for mall road.

It was a great hotel. May be the best ever vintage hotel I stayed in. Very well maintained, courteous staff and good food. Recommend to stay here at least once
