The hotel is in market location where you will get any thing is required easily. The staff is very nice supportive. Rooms are very clean.

Hotel is new and at prime location near Banaras station but their staffs are not well mannered,, it's new hotel inaugurated 2 months back so most of the facility are not up to mark.. we ordered soup in restaurant and waiter confirmed that it will take 30minutes so we had to go outside for dinner.. will not recommend any one to book this hotel untill they improves their services.
