No hot water.
In breakfast you'll get one serving of idli or dosa. Anything extra is charged.
No lights in the general area. You need to use your phone torch.
No room service, not even a phone in the room to call reception.
The only plus point was the spacious room with working AC.

the room is very good but the maintenance of the resort is very bad and it's not worth the price. whatever breakfast they have provided is also very few options and most of the things are not there. i tried multiple hotels and resorts but whatever we paid for the resort i felt it was not worth it. i have paid a very high price due to the long weekend.

there is no proper maintenance and low quality tv no proper images in this tv cleaning and room ac are very goodswimming pool also good

positive points : as soon as wen entered the resort, we were surprised to see the pool was very dirty and we were asked to use a day after and even next day it was not cleaned.
rooms were not good enough for that price, not even some towels and toiletaries were kept in the room, ac was leaking water, if you think you will get kettle, tea dip or coffee sashets forget it.
coming to play area , one of the pathetic so far i have seen. i recommend not to go to this resort if your expectation is high. ...more

leaking taps, we had asked for towels 3 times before it was given, no coffee/ tea maker in the room. ac doesn't cool properly.
being saturday there was a musical event for the room guests, that was the only good thing
