staff behaviour is not good no politeness and very rude specially reception staff . My room was executive class but still very noise issue generator sound and near by construction sound , curtains are not dark you cant feel privacy windows are transparent and curtains are not covered properly .

The management is worst. All staff is rude and third grade. They do not know how to behave a customer. First he will fix some prices and time of check out they will show aggressiveness. He start fighting. So it is very bad never book. I book offline but they told rent ...and finally they came to ..and at the time of check out they took ..rs.

This hotel is completely fraud. We had a meeting at Bhopal. Since , all other star hotels were already booked, we had to book this non star hotel. After negotiation, they agreed to provide two rooms one at Rs ...and other at .... But at the time of checkout, they produced the bill with many irrelevant hidden charges. They took one thousand advance from us. For 3 cup of coffee, they charged 135+13.5 which was as per the menu. But, they charged Rs. 165 extra for bringing coffee to the room. The f ...more

Worst services and hotel. Never recommend to anyone and negative star rating. Basic amenities are poor. Towels and beds are dirty. Room service is also not good. They will show you heavy discounts at the time of check in but when you checkout they will provide you too many additional charges which is not to be included. Staff and manager is not supportive. All always try to fool you. Never suggest anyone to stay. "Bakwaas hotel"

This Hotel is a bunch of crook.. Just waiting for some Murga.....Even a auto wala will take u to this Hotel for commission ....Rooms are Pathetic Condition different from pic....Room Service is also not good...Contains Hidden Charges. they will disclose some charges at Checkout Time.......Stayed During SSB.....Changed next day into adjoining MORYA REGENCY....which is far better than it...They will show you room at negotiating price and tries to get Highest whatever they can get.....WASTAGE OF MONEY....MANAGER IS VERY RUDE......NEVER GO HERE...YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
