we have stayed in the room no. 502. washroom basin pipe was broken. they did nothing even after complaining multiple times in reception. the tv in the room has no connection,there was not even a phone in the room. so we have to go from 4th floor to 1st floor again and again to contact. we have to buy everything including morning tea from outside vendors as they don't serve anything as their cook is on leave(as they said). i had a 4 year old child with me as well as my aged parents'. so it was v ...more

Service was good. Good rooms are available for less money. The staff here were friendly. The rooms are quite big. It also had an attached balcony. The bathroom was very clean. This hotel does not allow outside food at all. They serve their clients themselves. We took food from them. The taste and quality was quite good.

Hotel location is quite good. 4 minuits walking distance from old digha sea beach . staffs are helpful. And the hotel restaurant food is good .

My checkin time was 10:30 but I got the room at 11:40. And after I got the room AC is not working and I did not find the AC remote in my room. Very poor service.

this not a delux room at all,
room service is good but room quality below low standard
bed cover is dusty, standard is very low as per recommended
delux room. very low quality and avarage quality.

at barsha resort, they provided us a small room on 1st day of our stay compared to the room i saw in the photos and next day they provided the right room but after all this they didn't gave me any discount

stay in barsha resort was good. we opted for 2 double bed , one bed mattress was not in good condition. but we managed.

location and rooms are so so but room service is pathetic they don't listen to u at all.
spending money for so bad room service is waist of money.
there is no phone service too.
just look at the pics of lift it's so dirty.

the hotel firstly said, that there were no rooms available when i reached. then they said they can arrange a low quality room. and if i want to stay, i can else i can look for another hotel. i traveled with my family, so looking for another choice was really not an option.
so i had to stay there despite paid for a standard room
the amenities were missing
