The hotel needs renovation... rooms and bathrooms are not very good but the view from the hotel is nice . I would suggest to pay 1000 rs extra and book a better hotel. The staff is nice here only the room and bathroom condition are not good.

Had the most amazing time in this hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. Both the front and the backyard views are mesmerizing. We enjoyed their delicious food, riverside. The host Mohsin bhai is very friendly and warm. He also helped us get the pony till the glacier. I highly recommend this hotel.

VERY UNSAFE. The worst hotel of Sonmarg. There is a big issue of electricity and water. No food provided . Total waste of money and time. Water supply stopped while bathing and no service is given. DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. Staying here is a big waste of time and as well as money.

Except for the location (which is on the main road) the hotel is not worth the price. The temperature was -9 and still the room were not equipped with basic amenities like heater. One side of the bed warmer was working as well. The staff was impolite, whatever you asked them, the answer was straight "No" or that they dont have it. Highly disappointed with the stay. Would not be recommending at all.

it was a wonderful experience because the view from hotel was amazing. stuff was also very very helpful. they arranged cab for us to srinagar with minimal cost. best experience for me so far. must visit this hotel. a big thumbs up

a very good hotel for stay at sonmarg. hotel staff and manager were so humble. rooms clean. and enjoy the tea and pakoda there. our family including little child enjoy the stay. very good location.

the room was good , so was the staff. enjoyed our stay for a night. Dinner was was good had simple rice , dal , mix veg and egg curry. well prepared and good in quantity.
