Absolute pathetic service, no facilities, rude behaviour of staff. The owner Sayan Jana's behaviour is somewhat like he does not care about the well-being of the guests. Probably the worst hotel in Digha, not suitable for family stay.

The room was decent, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The AC was working but not very cold. The bathroom was basic but clean. The staff were polite and friendly. Overall, a couple-friendly hotel suitable for a simple and quiet stay.
