there is no room service available, the staff is not working well, in the afternoon there is no one at reception, no drinking water available in the room, i've called for room service for 4-5 times but no one is picking up call then i've reached at reception and asked for water then they told me to fill the water from outside in your bottle.

Pathetic hotel with very old picture of hotel. Now the building is old and dingy look with dark common areas. No hot water until sun rises, a big problem if you want to leave to places early morning. Also no hot water after sunset, basically we never had hot water when we stayed for 2 days. And staff there is pathetic. Even basic things you ask they will never get it done. Pathetic lift. Mosquitoes problem.

Hotel room was clean and hygiene and very close to CBS old bus stand. Hotel staff was familiar and room was in affordable price. I recommend this hotel nice stay

The place is okay but not ideal for family stay. It is in market place, but hotel is old style one will feelike they are staying in a lodge. The rooms are recently renovated however lacks basic facilities like wardrobe cleaniness. I would suggest if you are going for a business trip then you may stay otherwise not for a family stay.

Location wise it is at prime location, cleaniliness is decent. No amenities, like parkingm wifi etc. Also they do not have kitchen so you need to order from outside (everything is in reach so not an issue)
