rooms were too small. not having proper amenities like toilet paper etc. rooms are congested.

Pretty shabby rooms, I was told you should have booked deluxe room, if you pay extra then deluxe rooms will provide room.Have attached the pics of standard non ac room. After paying almost 2k these types of rooms are not expected.We were very tired and because of safety, we did not raise anything, we checked in at around 8-30pm with the expectation to move out by 10am next day.Also wifi does not even work despite the fact password was provided in standard non ac rooms.Dissapointing and would sug ...more

Pathetic hotel in the name of Executive class.
1. The mattress was hard as a stone and the bedsheet was too dirty and had stains over it.
2. The mirror was too dirty.
3. The commode seat was broken and jet spray was not available.
Poor experience, no such business class feel even after paying a good amount of money in the name of an executive hotel.

worst... they are givan a very small congested room. comode in bathroom was very small. door lock is not working. room is full of mosquitoes. no good night was there. i had told to manager abt door lock but manager was rude. i m not happy with stay

worst experience. They charged Rs. 600/- additional as hotel upgradation. This they never told the time of check in.Hotel not recommended. Further it is better to book directly through hotel rather than booking. For booking persons they are charging extra by playing tricks.

Very very worst, experience. At the time of check out. They charged us 700/- additional for room upgradation which they didn't tell at the time of check in. no mineral water given. Though they charged additional Rs. 600 for mattress.but not given. For room booked they saying other room which is like driver dormitories for driver.

hotel basera's location is very good in terms of shopping, fashion street is just 3.5 kms away from hotel, i am rating 3 due to room size, they gave me room no 238 which is really very small also breakfast menu is below standard.the best part is dagdhuseth halwai temple (famous ganesh mandir in pune) is in walking distance...hotel staff is polite and helpful...overall it's a nice staythanks
