I regret choosing this hotel for my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had expected. First, the air conditioning in the room was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during warm nights. On top of that, the toilets were in an unacceptable condition—dirty and not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing. the location of the hotel is very inside where there is no light at night, no WiFi which is the bare minimum amenity nowadays, no intercom phone in the rooms,

It was a good staying experience. Staffs were good at their work. Reception was asking for meal in every individual time. View from roof was just excellent. Toto is also available in front of hotel Gate. Shantiniketan & *Srijoni Silpogram* are in very much reachable distance. 5 star for me for all Room, Cleaning, Hygiene, View, Food, location.

hotel welcoming experience was not good, the receptionist lady was not co-operative and arguing for no reason, saying buĺlshit like President stays in this hotel and all which doesn't make any sense, room bedsheet have stains, window glass are broken, full of mosquito in the room, no proper availability of food. location is also too inside. final suggestions do not book this ghatia and khatara hotel.

absolutely outstanding hotel near sriniketan. the reason it's well maintained is because it's also part holiday home for a prominent bank. the maneger fellow is a different being. he is so very helpful I cannot explain. awesome stay . fully recommended. only downside is that no tuktuk is available instantly. you need to wait a bit or having your own transport will do great
