its not close to mall road or 15 min walking … its climbing to mall road *not walking* please remove *walking*

The access to resort is not friendly for kids and senior citizens - there are many steps to climb to reach the property from either the Mall Road or from hotel car parking situated on higher altitude. The room was not checked by the staff for any defects before our check in - when we reported the defects during our stay then the staff fixed the issues. Defects were mainly on non functioning toilets.
