I stayed here for four days, and my experience was far from pleasant. For the first two days, the service was absolutely horrible. The internet, TV, and intercom in my room were all non-functional. Despite complaining multiple times, nothing was fixed until the third day. Just as things finally started working, I was asked to change rooms due to a private party on my floor, which was very inconvenient.
While the cleaning staff were polite and helpful, my experience with the front desk was extre ...more

The room had bed bugs, we were able to get our room changed but we ended up being to cautious and were not able to sleep.

Location is the best part about this hotel, it is in the heart of koregaon park. the room was spacious, well maintained. swiggy services were available. Clean washroom.
the best restaurants were easy access. Great coffee places nearby.
