While hotel amenities, cleanliness, restaurant and location are ok, Staff behaviour was very rude. They will not allow you to use the toilet in the lobby when you are waiting for your checkin. If a guest needs a kettle for hot water, they will deny saying it can be only given for deluxe room. Staff at reception has general policy of saying no for everything that you ask.

Clean and hygienic
