no decent behaviour and way of talking. the food quality was average and i visited with my wife and late night the unknown drunk person continuously pressed my room bell and i complained at reception but no one came to check.

I didn't have a good experience. Amenities were not as expected and there were spiders and bees in my Toilet flush was not working.

Good rooms and clean facility but hot water for bath was not there. Wifi reception on ground floor was not there.

Room, cleanliness, amenities, food are good. But frontdesk staff was very cold, not at all warm welcome. Its located at residential area so not very comfortable for couples. It feels more like a house than a hotel. Although room service and housekeeping staff was very warm and cheerful.

we didn't stay over there. when we reached to the booked venue it was under the complete darkness. we were afraid & leaved the place without ranging the bell 🔔 outside
