it's a wonderful property with friendly staff. Rohit at the property helps with all necessary requirements. It's very near to Pune airport and very well maintained as well. highly recommend it

The Earlier Staff was very cooperative. They mention breakfast but only provide one limited item which they bring from outside and Tea and only Black Coffee in case you want to have Coffee. Earlier they used to provide buffet breakfast which has been stopped now. Only except Rohit one of the Staff,everyone else attitude is very high. Bread was not available 2 times in last week . It was a great place. For me the experience was new. 10/10 for the innovative idea of creating a backpacker's paradise and creating a hostel vibe. Unlike lodges the linen was clean and it shows that the staff value the customers.

It is always a delight to stay at such an establishment. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to experience the hospitality of this property at least once.

It was one of my most enjoyable stays in Pune at a reasonable price. The staff and management were very courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and hygienic. They provided a delicious complimentary breakfast for everyone. I felt very much at home during my stay.

I stayed in Bern hostel, Bed was good to sleep, Bathroom wasn't great, many cockroaches, There was no electricity all night so no fans or A/C while I stayed there. Overall could've been better. Nice hospitality though.
