Cons : Road to the hotel is in a very poor state which was the first point noticed. The rooms quality can be improved. Bedsheets were a bit dirty. The water heater made us wait for an hour to take a bath. There is no space for driver accommodation.
Pro : Hotel managers were nice. The view from the hotel is a plus for superior rooms. Swiggy/ Zomato were available. Breakfast was decent.

stay was good.. the route to the resort berry hills is very dangerous. it's very narrow, the problem it's only mud road and only professional drivers can reach there. normal people will find it very difficult to get to the resort. they can actually correct that mud road so that atleast we can drive safely even if it's narrow. our car chasis got damaged while getting in there.
the only plus is the city view from the room. food was average. overall it was a good experience but every time we got scared driving up and down the resort

lovely place to visit, location is very good on steep hill.
they have their own restaurant for breakfast & dinner.
approach road last stretch of 500 to 700 meters is narrow.
during raining season can be trouble some.
i recommend this place for stay.
during peak season it's bit expensive.

Location of the hotel is good. decent food for breakfast. we ordered food from Zomato app . service and amenities are average. Also the road to the hotel is very steep and around 100 mts it was like off roading... any sedan or hatch back cars with low ground clearance is not advisable unless you are an experienced driver in hills. For cars with high ground clearance it won't be an issue . The management should try to set the road where it's like off roading ...for about 100 meter near the hotel... overall our experience is ok in all aspects and location of the hotel is 4/5 ....

this is the delux room photos, which we are paying is not worthy, road access is worst, facilities are worst, they did not provide minimum basic facilities room was not clean , blankets are smelled and no hot water, very worst experience

overall the stay was really awesome. the service and people are good. Ajay is really very good person and friendly he drives very safely and treat the guest with respect and polite manner. much recommended resort to stay in ooty with hill top view and also rustum the service person and pradeep the restaurant incharge person was good.
