Enjoyed my stay at Best western kapurthala.
Staff was efficient and well versed in the protocol of hospitality .
Location is very central.. Ambience is plush and contemporary..
All modcons were in place and whatever slight issues we had, we're resolved instantly.
Wide Choice of cuisine in breakfast buffet was an added perk.
All together a great experience quite beyond the expectations..
Thanks to the front office and backup staff for making my stay pleasurable and memorable.
