I m frequent visitor to best western hotels and I used to trust a lot this chain .but due to some urgency , I booked a room in hurry and by mistake I booked two rooms for 2 adults and kids instead of one. look at the level of poor professionalism of front desk managers, they shamelessly told me that as we can accomodate only 1 adult in such a big deluxe room , we can't cancel and refund your second room . so I had to check in second room . I lost only 4000 but best western lost a lot surely .

room condition was really bad, smoke smell was there and no dental kit and sleepers available. mini bar was also not there

good service.. cooperative staff. room service is fast. ambience is also quite good. i think the prices of liquor are a bit expensive overall we had a good experience there.

Opening rooms without any information ..! We havent checked out yet, and they entered room when we were out and excuse was-checking mini bar...!
