We booked a family AC suite, but there was no remote for the AC. They then shifted us to a wooden cottage, where we faced a similar issue—no telephone to call reception; we had to use our own mobile phones. There were also no towels or soap.
The main issue was the electricity; it frequently went on and off. Once, I called to start the generator, and they did, but the same thing happened in the morning, and they didn't even answer the call.
The property is good, but maintenance is needed, and the staff should be more responsible.

PROS:
1.Excellent location with good scenic view
2.Good food and plenty of space to play
3.Affordable one
4.Friendly hosts
CONS:
1.Breakfast could be better with early timing at 7.30am
2.Everday cleaning of room atleast the dustbin is must as the monkeys spread out the dustbin which is a mess before the room.

I booked suite rooms, but had horrible experience. AC was leaking and room got flooded at night. Bathroom handle was damaged. Shower was blocked and was not working properly. Service was poor and food also average only.

The rooms are good, however the service not at all.
1) Be ready for a loooong wait in the restaurant even after you order beforehand. 2) I had to change my room to accommodate an elderly couple which I was okay with but then later on I had to give my room's ac remote b'coz someone else's was not working. The hotel staff is coming and asking me if I need the remote....I mean what kind of question is that....obviously one will need it if they want to control the temperature.

pros: within 1 km from the atherapalli water fall. Reception person was helpful.
