i did not take any photos of the hotel but the staff working over there are very bad, the service over there is very bad.i booked the ac room but there was not ac and the room was with horrible smell .

pathetic service by hotel staff, arrogant behaviour very very arrogant, particularly front desk officer, no knowledge about hotel industry, when the extra bed is mentioned in booking still refused to provide it, after 2 hrs of debate...when complaint was made then he arranged the extra bed at around 1 am.

overall good. very clean hotel and rooms. rooms were spacious. bathroom clean. gyser working. clean bedsheets, cold water cooler available. only 2 problem i faced
1. they provided only 1 soap use it for hand washing or bathing. even on requesting for another they said they provide only 1 soap.
2. there is no facility of getting hot water for drinking. i need it for my baby. they should have 1 electric cook top in hotel atleast for serving such request.
