location wise so good and our room was sea facing.Rooms were moderately clean but the hotel's room service is so poor they didn't receive call of room service phone.

No room service..customer service so so poor.. room balcony so unhygienic.. its not a balcony its a bathroom of bird .. 😁😁

Awesome location but aside asking only for tis and money for everything they should also care for the room's conditions and renovation. TVs are just for show, doesn't provide towels and no water bottles. No offline booking and online price is bit higher as per the services and the rooms. Beach views are blocked by the market. Only digha market view is available from the rooms.
