The experience to stay at Bhalkeshwer Resort and Villa is very horrible.
1) Room Allocated 301, where the nearby room is filed with cement and chemical, which smells so bad.
2)2nd Room was changed after complaint and calls
3)The chnged room No.203 in that room A.C. not cooling properly, and while turning on Fan, the A.c. is tripping off.
4)In washroom The cover of the toilet is broken.
5) The washroom there is no proper cleaning in the provided room.
6) The light is gone 4 times in the morning ...more

Resort Owner behaviour was rude and arrogant
Tent room was horrible,Swimming pool was dirty,

place is nice. but no other facilities are available. no room service, no foods available, they don't have any restaurants, on fix time they serve fix food. staff is good.

Sir, We had booked the resort for one day for 23.10.2023 for 02 rooms for my family and childrenBut, when we reached there at about 7.00 pm, there was re-innovation work was going and only one staff was available. Lighting in the campus was not enough. As informed by him there was only 02 rooms ready and the whole resort was under construction/re-innovation. Very bad experience with this resort.it's not actually resort but you will feel like ruins.No Intercom Telephone service. Every time you need to go reception and ask for service.TV is there but with insufficient setup box.Swimming pool is there but you can not swimm as they are waiting for our permission to clean it.No room slippers and no shower cap.Rooms are big enough but not cleaned.

No TV. Also, AC was not working. Dirty Pool. Only Gujarati food available. No lift to reach at 3rd floor. Washroom door lock were so hard to open.
