The man who sat at the reception had the worst behavior ever. Used words like "smartgiri dekhacchen" and shouted at us and snatched the pen while filling the form. Very poor hospitality. What are we paying for?The behavior of the receptionist. very very poor. I had my birthday that day but things went so bad

This place is really nice, friendly staff, good food, and very serene atmosphere, it's near to the Sonajhuri haat, toto service available on request.
overall good experience..need better wifi speed though.

Zero wifi speed at room no 213. We informed the hotel staff for an early check out next day, but hotel manager came late and cleared the food bills after coming. Good thing is that Sonajhuri haat is 8-10 mins walking.
