it was a very bad experience for me to stay at hotel , shopping center, kota.i had booked a deluxe room yesterday and when i seen the room it was very dirty and small. i asked to hotel staff for upgrade my room in premier category but they denied and demand for extra charges after it call on customer care, they also denied for any support. i have booked of loss rs. 700/-in this booking.hotel name is hotel bharat

Proper maintenance of the infrastructure required.
