hotel room condition is very poor. no light maintain. no TV maintain. WIFi is not available. many room check during check in. room light is good then TV not working.
yes I don't like this type of hotel. because according payment hotel facilities was poor.

the palace has a royal stay experience. the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city.
the hotel staff made sure that my old age grand mother has a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Got very bad experience **. No room cleaning, dirty blankets and poor customer care. Non availability of hot water in cold weather, horrible experience.

Bharat mahal palace is the worst hotel i have ever seen. I travel so much ... Hotel staff is so bad that i cant even tell. They told us to leave the hotel even when i had paid full amount to them.
