additionally, staff has no sense to speak. plus, i was called in middle of the might around 1:30 am asking about if i would like to park my car to some other location. i said no and they hung up saying ok. plus, 7 am in the morning another call saying to park the car somewhere else bcos of cm arrival in the city. i mean what!????

i’m beyond furious with this hotel experience! we were traveling with a patient and specifically asked about the lift before booking. they assured us it was available, but when we checked in, it wasn’t working. this caused us immense trouble and inconvenience.
basic amenities were a complete disaster—no towels, no dental kit, no kettle in the room. the fridge didn’t work, and the sofa was broken. the place was falling apart! to top it off, we were supposed to have complimentary breakfast, but t ...more

it was a good experience staying with clarks in express..
all the services were damn good and comfortable...
we booked 3 rooms and all were same and amazing. and ample for a couple or with 1 child
