the facilities were good especially the heated beds. room and bathroom in general were not too clean. breakfast buffet was okay. the spread can be much better. location is away from the hustle and bustle. staff were helpful.

Great place to stay. Not very far from mall road (1 km approx) yet far enough to provide for a very calm and serene environment. The atmosphere of the compound is so pleasing and relaxing that you can just sit there and forget about all the worries of the life. Mr. Rahul was of great help. A very nice person indeed. The manager basant is a terrible person I had paid for breakfast and dinner Inspite of my complete payment he has issued a bill for milk we consumed for breakfast and dinner Milk is surely included in breakfast in every hotel There was no complimentary water served in the hotel During my stay not a single bottle of water was provided

the property is at an amazing location. it is very calm and peaceful with lots of nature around. the property is a heritage building and is well maintained. we stayed in signature rooms which are quite spacious and clean. the staff is very courteous. they arranged for bonfire at night adding to the wonderful experience. the breakfast was good. however, the dinner was average and was a bit costly. there was a persistent problem of getting hot water in the rooms. overall an excellent stay... amazi ...more
