Rude behaviour. Money minded. Showing partiality between customers. Will never and ever recommend this hotel to anybody. Not shown 0.001% concern towards customers.

Room was good but had a bitter exp. with manager.
I had booked for 2 days
I was supposed to check out by 12 as per rule book,, but I had mentioned in the hotel register that I will be checking out by 2pm.
Manager called me by 11:30 & saying I need to check out by 12 else I will charge you for 3rd day,, while I was 2hrs away from hotel.
After much arguments, he put all my family luggage in the reception area and closed the booking by 12.
Room was clean and neatly arranged

The place is very neat and clean and close to Tirupati Bus stand and Srinivasam complex(approx 400m).
Very hospitable staff.

I travelled along with my family for 2 days stay and had a comfortable stay . Property is bit old and renovation required.Tgey charged 3.2k for 2 for non AC Room which seems to be high for the standard.However property is located in prime location and parking space is good.
overall recomend for people who prefer lodge .but if you looking comfort and neat stay try bhimas residency just next to this property..
Pros: Location next to srinivasam , parking,front desk
cons or improvement required:No renovation,room service ,Water bottle.
over all suggest for family stay .

Review:
Room was decent , spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom is recently done up well!
Room was airy, clean and sufficiently bright , even if we didn’t switch on. lights till 5.30 pm .
There is a Vegetarian restaurant attached to the Hotel. It is open continuously for a reasonable length of time, say from 6.30 a.m to 10 p.m . Breakfast items are tasty and tge service is very good.
There is parking facility for good number of cars/ four wheelers.

Our stay was good. Check in was fast. Room was good. Best part of it was the Restaurant which was too good except that card was not accepted during dinner time but it was accepted the next day morning during breakfast. Overall it was a good experience.
