the stay at hotel bk castles, jabalpur was good and cozy , few improvement which they need to make immediately .the lights in the room are yellow and its too depressive and cannot read book ,there should be 2 options ,white light is compulsory and yellow incase someone wants it . the buffet breakfast is very good and tasty . the in room food menu is so expensive and if ordered for a competed lunch or dinner it will cost rs.1000 /- and more, there is no logic for such expensive food menu ,its not ...more

The room needs a lot of repairs, it is very dirty, the room is not clean at all, there is no facility of railway transfer, only pick-up is available.

Good location..room was good,specious,comfortable bed but not enough light is there...even in bathrooms it is quite dark, staff is courteous....Food is very expensive.
