friendly staff.. absolutely clean hygiene towel, bedsheet, blanket pillow cover... awesome experience..tasty yummy food.. value for money...i forgot some clothes,which were sent by the courier by the hotel manager...

Horrible experience. The staff made inappropriate remarks before other guests and the manager harassed us for a few inevitable period stains. He asked us to pay nearly 4k or vacate the room a day early. Extremely unprofessional people. We were outrightly told that we will be held in the hotel by their security guard unless we pay for the linen, and we had to reach out to our legal counsel for help and assistance. Thankfully, before the legal help could come in, they let us out. This was the worst experience.

The stay at Bloom Hyderabad was great. It was neat, well maintained, and present in the important location of the city. The housekeeping was great as well

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was also excellent. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay
