we were allotted room at 3 rd floor, Ac remote was not working. later we were shifted to ground floor after requesting. in morning, water was not coming. overall average experience

no proper welcome. my booking included welcome drink..nothing like that was included. no mention for breakfast until asked. n when asked the options are very minimal. we mentioned we want to check out and breakfast should be ready by time. until we call..nothing was arranged. after follow up asking for more time.. no proper response over phone when called multiple times..no water, drink included in room...no proper response when called..disconnecting call and not responding...such a worst exper ...more

This hotel has very good location.Its deluxe room has sea view but standard room don't have sea view. So if you want to see sea directly from beach choose deluxe room. I chose sea view deluxe room. This room don't have balcony. There is a rooftop dining place that is common for everyone from where beautiful sea view can be enjoyed.Just behind the property Aberdeen Bazaar is there where many restaurants and eateries are there. Worst ever experience. First they gave us a room which was 1bhk not a hotel room. Cleanliness was pathetic. the room was smelling horrible. We have to spray our perfume. For dinner, they made us wait for more than 1.5 hrs despite calling multiple times as we had to catch a ferry early in the morning. They did not even provide us with an early morning breakfast forcing us to take bread and jam prepared in the previous night. I was very disappointed. We did not get a complementary breakfast and they did not adjust it the previous day breakfast.

room was good. there is no marina beach in andaman - nicobar. marina beach is in chennai or somewhere in south india, so *160 m walking distance from marin beach is apure cheating*. there is park call marina park(not famous) which is also even arround 01-02 km from the this home stay. no reception etc. don't book with breakfast here in this homestay. room was very good.
