i rarely write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to share. from the moment i arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not prioritize customer service or cleanliness.
room condition: the room was dirty — stains on the bedsheets, hair in the bathroom not clean bathroom, and a strange odor that didn’t go away.
staff behavior: the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. i asked for a room change due to cleanliness, and they shrugged it off with no apology. ...more
