the 4* hotel blue diamond in koregaon park, pune is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to stay at a place which has most old-pune landmarks within easily accessible distance.
the taj group's great hospitality tradition is well-maintained here, the restaurant food (breakfast buffet and a la carte) is very good, the housekeeping staff (notably mr raviraj) keep everything impeccably clean, and all the staff are well-trained, very courteous.
we live in pune since the past few years, but chose the blue diamond for a 3-days 'staycation' which proved the right decision!

The two issues that we had were that the tv wasnt functioning for half a day as they had not recharged the cable network , that seems to be a basic ammenity you provide . Also there was no electricity in our phase of rooms for about 1 hr which again i felt is basic and wondered how come theres no inverter. Serving staff and food all good.

Service was prompt so was the front desk very courteous. But the tv wasnt working which i felt is a basic requisite for any hotel.
