Not recommended. Not value for money. breakfast is of very poor quality even items are also limited. washroom is very congested. distance from beach is also more. earlier i stayed in other properties at Daman, but Hotel Blue Lagoon had very poor experience for me.

Very poor service and staff are arrogant. They not have proper parking. They have restorant named Tulip Restaurant & Bar, at the time of evening when restaurant is open no parking is available for hotel customer, customer have to park on road and have to wait for parking their car till 11 PM. Even in a restaurant 20 Rs water bottle charged 35 Rs and in the hotel room they provide only 2 bottles of 500 ml per room, after that even basic need water is also chargeable in the hotel. You have to pay an extra charge for drinking water.

Hotel staff is extremely rude and ill behaved. I had called reception that wifi is not working. When I opened the door after the bell rang, staff directly barged inside the room. I asked him why you got inside the room, he replied that staff can directly come inside the room. He told me the password afterwards I asked him again, why he had to come inside the room so deep jut for telling me the password to that his rude reply was a shocker : " have you come to a hotel for the first time?". I was appalled by his response.

Worst Travel Stay option ever. I dont understand where should I even start from. The place is unhygienic to next level. The room is filled with mosquitos.On the bed there are cockroaches dead bodies. (yuck)!!!!! the water in washroom had drainage issue Every time we came out after bath the bathroom used to fill with water. the wash basin was leaking.. on top of it post room cleaning the room smelled of dead rat coz that stupid cleaning mop had not seen sunrise from years may be..it stinked so ...more

there is lots of thing which hotel needs to improve like professionalism (breakfast not prepared on time having excused that staff are less, amenities (shower are not working properly, phones not working), hospitality (hotel staff are not so cooperative)
