Very poor service and staff are arrogant.
They not have proper parking. They have restorant named Tulip Restaurant & Bar, at the time of evening when restaurant is open no parking is available for hotel customer, customer have to park on road and have to wait for parking their car till 11 PM. Even in a restaurant 20 Rs water bottle charged 35 Rs and in the hotel room they provide only 2 bottles of 500 ml per room, after that even basic need water is also chargeable in the hotel. You have to pay an extra charge for drinking water.

Worst Travel Stay option ever.
I dont understand where should I even start from.
The place is unhygienic to next level. The room is filled with mosquitos.On the bed there are cockroaches dead bodies. (yuck)!!!!! the water in washroom had drainage issue Every time we came out after bath the bathroom used to fill with water. the wash basin was leaking.. on top of it post room cleaning the room smelled of dead rat coz that stupid cleaning mop had not seen sunrise from years may be..it stinked so ...more

there is lots of thing which hotel needs to improve like professionalism (breakfast not prepared on time having excused that staff are less, amenities (shower are not working properly, phones not working), hospitality (hotel staff are not so cooperative)

it is a bad hotel in world, food quality is 3rd class no tast n qualiry, staff also rude no responce even many reminders no any facility is there except high room charges.
room charges very very high as per hotel
it should be Rs. 1000 included breakfast per day.
plz dont recomnd it ur freinds
if any one want wast of money plz book it.
Better stay at railway station or other guest house
it is not a 3star hotel i will give -3star instead of 3star.
